This series of events starts with a seminar as part of the technical program on campus. Talks by Prof. Kris Berglund (MSU chemical engineer) and Dr. Chris Miller (MSU horticulturist/engineer) are focused upon distillation and fermentation in the beverage industry. 

At 5 pm there will be a BBQ dinner at the Mount Pleasant Brewery on Pickard Street north of downtown. Tours are expected to be available. A social hour will follow. Ticket required for dinner/brewery tour.
